1. Introduction
Alcove Interiors, located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, provides interior design services, custom furniture, and in-stock home decor through our design studio and warehouse. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services Offered
Alcove Interiors offers the following services:
Full Home Design Service for primary residences, investment properties, and vacation homes
Custom furniture design and ordering
In-stock designer-grade furniture and home decor for sale at our warehouse
Design consultations and discovery calls
3. Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Product availability is subject to stock levels, and custom orders may require additional lead times. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies.
4. Payment and Deposits
Payment is required at the time of purchase for in-stock items, custom orders and full home furnishing projects. Remaining balances for shipping, logistics, storage, and delivery fees are calculated based on project actual costs, and must be paid before delivery or installation.
5. Refunds and Returns
Custom Orders: Non-refundable and non-returnable due to their personalized nature.
In-Stock Items: Returns for store credit or exchanges accepted only before items have been removed from our warehouse location.
Design Services: Non-refundable once the service has been rendered or design work has commenced.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping fees and delivery timelines vary based on location and product availability. White-glove delivery and installation are available for an additional fee. Alcove Interiors is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
7. Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule or cancel design consultations or discovery calls up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, including images, designs, text, and graphics, is the property of Alcove Interiors and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Alcove Interiors is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or reliability of third-party links or content.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Alcove Interiors reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
