The warehouse is open for drop-in shopping every Thursday from 12p-6p. Simply park on Broadway, ring the doorbell, and let us show you around our warehouse!

We sell furniture for every room inside and outside your home. The style shown in the warehouse ranges from traditional, to eclectic, transitional, and sometimes a bit contemporary. (Those words mean nothing to you?! No worries!) Our clients often say they know their style when they see it—and the warehouse has a little something for everyone.
On the floor, you'll find mostly living room, family room, and dining room pieces. If you're looking for a bedroom set or something you don't see on the floor—make an appointment with Alyssa and you can work directly with her to source and order your perfect pieces. Delivery will be managed and scheduled through our warehouse. -
Yes! Everything on the warehouse floor is for sale. We also place orders for custom upholstery (chairs, sofas, and sectionals) as well as client orders for larger projects.

Yes, we love designing custom upholstery pieces! Please make an appointment to work directly with our designer to specify your style, dimensions, cushion preferences, and fabric choices for your perfect piece.

The client entrance to our warehouse is on Broadway Ave NW, located in the tall tower. (Not to be confused with the round smokestack in the rear parking lot!).
Please park on Broadway—street parking is free and plentiful. We have a white doorbell on the door. This will buzz us inside, and we will come get you!
Important to note:
Our showroom is a brief walk away from the door, so it may take us a few minutes to get to you—we're on our way! -
We typically have new pieces hit the warehouse floor every 4-6 weeks.

You can view new arrivals and some of our favorite pieces online, but all purchases are made in person at the warehouse, or via invoice sent to your email for custom orders.

Scheduled Pick-Ups:
Pick-ups are preferred to take place on the Tuesday following the sale to allow for proper preparation and staging of your items. We can facilitate pick ups between 11a-4:00p.
Delivery Area & Fees:
Our professional delivery team will deliver your items within a 25-mile radius from our warehouse, with a fee of $150 per large item. Deliveries outside of the 25 mile radius or multi-item deliveries will be quoted at time of purchase.
Scheduled Deliveries:
Deliveries are arranged for the Tuesday following the sale to ensure efficient coordination. We will confirm your delivery window on Monday once the route has been planned.Please click here to view our full pickup and delivery policies with more detailed information.

We do not accept returns for warehouse purchases once furniture has been taken out of the building. All custom upholstery and client orders will be inspected for damages or errors, and only replaced or repaired by our team if there are issues—not returned.
In the case of a mis-measurement or mis-order by our team, store credit will be issued to facilitate an exchange or replacement with an appropriate item. Please be sure to bring measurements and verify your selections before purchasing.
