Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Alcove Interiors, we strive to ensure a smooth and efficient process for picking up or delivering your furniture purchases. Please review our policies below to help us provide the best service possible.

Pick-Up Policy

Scheduled Pick-Ups: Pick-ups are preferred to take place on the Tuesday following the sale to allow for proper preparation and staging of your items. We can facilitate pick ups between 11a-4:00p.

Client Responsibility: Customers must sign an agreement confirming they will bring sufficient manpower and a vehicle large enough to transport their purchased furniture. Alcove Interiors staff cannot assist with loading on to your vehicle. There is a loading ramp (Door C6) to assist with pickup on the backside of the building.

Liability: Once items leave the warehouse, Alcove Interiors is not responsible for any damage that occurs during transport.

Unclaimed Purchases: Items not picked up within 7 days of the scheduled pick-up date may be subject to storage fees or resale, with no refund provided.

Delivery Policy

Delivery Area & Fees: Our professional delivery team will deliver your items within a 25-mile radius from our warehouse, with a fee of $150 per large item. Deliveries outside of the 25 mile radius or multi-item deliveries will be quoted at time of purchase.

Scheduled Deliveries: Deliveries are arranged for the Tuesday following the sale to ensure efficient coordination. We will confirm your delivery window on Monday once the route has been planned.

Payment: Delivery fees must be paid at the time of purchase, either during our Thursday open hours (12-6 PM) or at your private appointment.

Delivery Conditions: Delivery includes drop-off to the specified location, including any necessary assembly, and will be placed in the room of your choice. This does not include relocating other existing furniture. If you require additional moving help- please let us know when you book your delivery. We are happy to add this service to your appointment for a fee.

Customer Responsibility: Please ensure that doorways, hallways, and entry points are large enough to accommodate your furniture. If a delivery is unsuccessful due to accessibility issues, an additional fee may be charged for reattempting delivery.
